It would be nice to be able to wake up to poached eggs without having to do anything in the morning. Up to three hours of cooking time, plus a bit of prep. I have to say that the eggs look very good, but I've decided to cook my eggs the old-fangled 20th century way: in poorly-temp-regulated pans.
